Added samples.dir property to jdom-test's build.xml.  

Previously if you did a "build samples" it complained about this prop not 
existing.  That's real ugly.  Now it has a slightly better error reporting 
about cvs/jdom-test/samples not existing.

Jools, do you plan on having jdom-test/samples?  If not, then the build.xml
should have the samples target removed.  If so, then we should have a little
placeholder sample.
