	build.xml 
Log Message:
Updated with a new target to run all the tests that are currently
in the build/src tree.  The new target is:
build test
Test output goes into the <jdom-test-root>/testOutput directory.
The format is xml but you can change that in the build.xml file.
The options are xml and plain.
as usual, you can see all the build options with build usage.
