[jdom-commits] Percentage dilemma

I am trying to transform the attached xsl file however everytime the i use  width percetages  I get errors displayed in percent.txt, however
without the percent the transformation occurs see goodpercent.doc

I am using jdom7, jdk1.2.2.
The transformer=TransformUsingXalan.Transform
