[jdom-interest] how to get JAR file for jdom package

Download the code, type "build".  We don't yet do binary distributions,
partially because building is so easy, partially because we haven't
gotten around to it, and partially because anyone who doesn't want to
run a build themselves shouldn't jump on board quite yet, since we're
still pre-release.  :-)

BTW, I recommend the cvs version right now til we get everything done we
want for beta5.
