OK, here's my latest attempt at a license. I'm making it a pretty
please. I think we basically have two options: Either ask nicely, or
demand. I'm thinking we ask nicely. Unlike Apache, JDOM is intended
for use as part of larger projects, and do we really want all projects
to have to say thanks? (Well, some of me does, but...)

modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions
are met:
1. Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions, and the following disclaimer.
2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
