[jdom-interest] JDOM Build issues

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a bug or not, but I noticed that the
xerces.jar that's in the ./lib directory is not included in the classpath
for the compile target.

I had parser.jar from JAXP 1.0.1 in my $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext directory
which had an older version of org.w3c.dom.DocumentType in it, which caused
build errors.

I noticed this problem mentioned in the archives, but no fix. I'll attempt
a fix for build.xml and report back unless someone has objections....
