[jdom-interest] Is antRun.bat missing from CVS?

I don't remember seeing antRun.bat, nor do I need it when building on
NT4SP3.  In fact, I don't see where it's necessary on Unix either, nor
do I need it on IRIX.  Brett, what's the history of that file?  Is there
a reason we can't get rid of it?
