[jdom-interest] Proposal to add feature load-external-dtd

Hi,

I propose to set, when non-validating, the feature
"http://apache.org/xml/features/nonvalidating/load-external-dtd" to false in
SAXBuilder.java. This tells the parser not to load any DTDs at el. It is
available in Xerces-1.2.3.
