Technically yes. 

If people want this really badly I suggest that you let Brett and Jason
know. I'm happy to set it up and maintain it, but Brett and Jason will
eventually find a final resting place for cvs.jdom.org and they will need
to support the facilities that have been offered thus far.

I think it would be a good thing(TM).
