[jdom-interest] XMLOutputter with line separator

I've revised the XMLOutputter class to allow setting of line breaks as
discussed here over the last week. The code is at 

http://metalab.unc.edu/xml/jdom/XMLOutputter.java

I've done some minimal testng and it seems OK.
