[jdom-interest] problems building jdom

Hi all,

when I start the build.bat, I get the following error message:

Building with classpath
c:\jdk1.2\lib\tools.jar;.\lib\xerces.jar;.\lib\ant.jar;
Starting Ant...
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/tools/ant/Main

What can I do to fix the problem?
