[jdom-interest] [bug] DOMOutputter.output ()

Summary
---------------
DOMOutputter.output (org.jdom.Document) produces an
org.w3c.dom.Document without the DocType.

Scenario
-------------
I have an existing org.w3c.dom.Document, which I convert to
org.jdom.Document for various manipulations (moving a node
from one document to another document). I then convert
it back to an org.w3c.dom.Document using 
DOMOutputter.output (). Unfortunately, the doctype is lost.
