[jdom-interest] XML Documents and Strings.

I am building an application which requires to get XML data passed over the
web to a servlet.
The XML data arrives in a String Object which I need to convert to a
Document.
The only API's to Document are based on a Disk file which does not meet my
requirements.

Is it possible to build a Document object from data held in Memory.
