[jdom-interest] Where can I find XMLFilter spec?

As part of the replies to my thread "Partial JDOM Tree building" I was referred 
to both an old thread on the subject, but also to use XMLFilter. From the old 
thread on the subject I can see that XMLFilter is something like 
org.xml...XMLFilter. I've tried looking at the www.xml.org for the spec's of 
this XMLFilter, but I can't find it. Can anyone give me a link?
