[jdom-interest] mailto: links considered harmful

I suspect someone out there has recently posted this list's address on a
web page using a mailto: link, because suddenly it's getting lots of
spam.  Spammers commonly "harvest" mailto: links as an easy way to get
email addresses.  Luckily for all you the subscriber-only-posting
feature is keeping the spam off the list, but it's a pain on me to
reject the frequent postings.  If any of you have a link to this list on
a website please make sure it's just plain text and not a mailto: link.
