[jdom-interest] detach() [eg]

The only reason I think it strange is because I tend to think of the
document structure belonging to the document, not the individual elements
that make it up.

Children knowing about their parents is an XML thing, very useful for
things like XPath.  Is it really that strange?  I know who my parents
are.  ;-)
