[jdom-interest] XSLT id() function doesnt work when using JDO MSource

Thought I had passed the ball to Harry ;-)  

I'm inclined to wait until the jdom-wip work is over or join it so it call
all be rolled together as easily as possible.  That of course assumes that
the recent commits by Alex indicate there is activity there.
