you can put it anywhere you want, preferable in its own jdom folder or
something like that. just include its location in the
system classpath.

I've been away for awhile on a VB 6.0/ADO 2.1 gig but now (thank God) am on
a pure Java J2EE project. Where do I stick the jdom.jar file so I can begin
using it? Is it in the JDK include directory?
