[jdom-interest] setExpandEmptyElements(true)

	I cannot get the above function to work.  Are there any tricks to
this or is it just simply broken?  I am using jdom Beta 6 and am unable to
go to the newest version since we are locked into a qa cycle for a release
in the week or two.
