[jdom-interest] About: a small patch to protect against null nodes in DOM tree

Hi, I have been browsing the JDOM interest list because I have a problem
with org.jdom.input.DOMBuilder and some null pointers in the DOM tree. On
November 7 2000, Ed Morehouse submitted a patch for DOMBuilder which I figured
would be included in the current version of JDOM (beta 6). However, I didn't
find it. 

Do you know if the patch has been included in some other piece of the code
(which I haven't detected), or should I just add it?
