[jdom-interest] best validating parser

Is there any parser that fully implements XML Schema
validation? I am especially intertested in contraints,
and fixed and default values. If no parser supports
everything, which parser comes closest?

The part that makes this question relevant at all on
this mailing list is that I am wanting a parser that
works well with JDOM.
