[jdom-interest] Single Quote Parsing

Hi - I am using Jdom and the transform function from jdom-contrib to
transform XML to produce HTML and I am hitting a problem with single quotes
where

<Input type="button" value="Select Quote Types" name="btnSelectQuoteTypes"
onClick="SelectQuoteTypeClick('cmd')">

ends up with 

<Input onClick="SelectQuoteTypeClick(&apos;cmd&apos;) ......

Whatever I try I can not get rid of the &apos;

Using the same xml and xsl sheets I get the single quotes when I use the
microsoft parser to transform the XML. What am I missing?
