[jdom-interest] Problems with !DOCTYPE

Hello, I try to parse some XML files with jdom. 

Unfortunately, I've problems with the doctype declaration.

Error on line 3 of document
file:/home/cz/Projekte/Atlantec/java_src/org/atlantec/halyard/system.xml: org.apache.crimson.parser/P-082 http://java.sun.com/dtd/preferences.dtd


How could i get rid of this error, other than deleting the doctype per
hand ?
