[jdom-interest] Text class in the api

I play with the source this afternoon and it was minor to implement
a Text class. I should have looked in the mail archives and CVS tree
first, DUH.

I had to change 8 classes Element, JDOMFactory, DefaultJDOMFactory, SAXHandler,
XMLOutputter DOMOutputter, SAXOutputter, XMLOutputter, but only a few lines in
each.

Anyway, if there is still a need for a volunteer for integrating org.jdom.Text,
I have time.
