[jdom-interest] org.jdom.Text

Hi,


Observing the org.jdom.Text with interest, I seem to understand it has not 
(yet) gone mainstream. Is there good hopes it does ?

This would provide for a very efficient implementation of text storage for 
my editor project where all the texts would be stored in one common javax.
swing.text.GapContent, with a subclass of my own. I am not too sure, 
though that I'd put whitespace into there.

For this, however, one needs the factory to be called for text element 
creations. I don't seem to see this yet.

So this is work in progress and I hope not a dead end.
