[jdom-interest] XMLOutputter/SAXBuilder

Only one problem with that is that I don't have validation turned on anyway!

I use:

	new SAXBuilder ();

which has validation off...

Thanks though...

It seems that someone has inserted helpful behaviour by default but it would 
be nice if I could turn it off.
