[jdom-interest] File lock after validation error

I am using the default Xerces parser that comes with JDOM beta 7, looks like
it's Xerces 1.2 ...

SAXBuilder never opens the input File, it just converts it to an URL and 
builds a SAX InputSource from it.  Seems this is a parser issue.
