[jdom-interest] Dealing with binary characters in-memory -> o utputter

"The lack of "&#" disturbed me so much that I subclassed XMLOutputter as
HTMLOutputter and overrode escapeAttributeEntities() and
escapeElementEntities() to "&#"-escape ISO-Latin characters above 168."
