[jdom-interest] A regular expression tro restrict number of words and paragraphs

I am looking for an XML regular expression that can
restrict value of an element of type string to a given
number of words and paragraphs.  For example the
string can contain at most 500 words in at most 4
paragraphs. 

I have tried different expresions bt no luck.  Please
help.
