[jdom-interest] IOExceptions in createDocument() in adapter classes

OK. Do you have a strong opinion about whether this should percolate 
the original exception or wrap it in a JDOMException?

Also, can anybody think of any cases where something other than a 
ClassNotFoundException is thrown? Hmmm, it looks like the JAXPADapter 
might do this.
