[jdom-interest] GNUJAXP DOM adapter

I've attached my first pass at a GNUDOMAdapter class for integrating GNU
JAXP with JDOM.
This extends the existing AbstractJAXPAdapter and merely hard codes the
GNU JAXP factory classname. Unlike most other DOM implementations, GNU
JAXP assumes the existence of JAXP and uses it for its fundamental
operations. To the best of my knowledge GNU JAXP does not have a lower
layer we can access to use it directly without going through JAXP. If
I'm wrong about that we might need to throw this out and start over.
