[jdom-interest] entity problem

I'm using jdom-b8. In my xml there are &#8217;,&#.....   
But I found that after parsed by parser, &#8217; changed to &amp;#8217;.
Then how can I get &#8217; in the resutl xml?
Any help is appreciated.
