[jdom-interest] JDOMb7 SAXOutputter is not giving characters to a ContentHandler

Sorry, my memory doesn't go back that far and the development code has
changed a lot since even beta7.  I'd suggest you try the latest code in
CVS and let us know if there's a problem still, and if so we'll make
sure it's fixed in beta8.
