[jdom-interest] build file on network drive

I got this exception message when trying to run SAXBuilder.build(File file):

JDOM Exception cause: sun.net.ftp.FtpLoginException: Not logged in
Error in building: Not logged in

where file is on a different station, file.exists() and file.canWrite() both
return true, I am running JDK 1.4, can anyone help?
