[jdom-interest] Set encoding type in document?

Hi,

is it possible to set the encoding type in the build document?
I know there is the XMLOutputter with the method setEncoding but for my
purpose (transform XML + XSL -> HTML) I use DOMOutputter.
Of course, it would be also ok if there is a way to set the new encoding
format in the output or to change the default encoding format ...
