[jdom-interest] Retrieve particular node

Hello,

   I need to retrieve specific node based on the node attribute value. What is most efficient way to retrieve the node

 <Project id="141"> </Project>
 <Project id="151"> </Project>
 <Project id="441"> </Project>
 <Project id="641"> </Project>.

  I want to add the node to Project Element whose id is 641. what is the optimal way to get the particular element reference.
