[jdom-interest] Exception while creatin the document

HI,

I am getting the following exception when I am trying to make a document 
from a xsd file.

"Unconvertible UTF-8 character beginning with 0xa3" (line number may be too 
low).

The same code is workin on two xsd files that I have but is not working for 
one file.
