[jdom-interest] Toward beta 9

Yes, the build system shall be updated, globally to better support Cygwin and 
more thoroughly for jdom-contrib (cleaning up of the lib contents, removal of 
old stuff in build like ANTLR, etc.)

Another nice thing would be to have a beta9-compatible release of jdom-contrib 
or to tag jdom-contrib with the same CVS tag as beta9 to mark the version of 
the contributions that work with each release of the core.
