[jdom-interest] jar version info?

I think it would be useful to make the jdom.jar an
"executable" jar that when double clicked, pops up
a small frame with version info.

I think all this requires is a small class with
a "main" method and a manifest file that points at it.

I've seen this done with other library distributions.
