[jdom-interest] gen

Hi,
I am new to XML and JDOM.
I have an XML file which looks like this--
 
<Firstname>asas</Firstname>
<Middlename>ewqe</Middlename>
<Lastname>hfhf</Lastname>
 
I want to read the actual values of the elements.(asas etc.).
Can some one tell me how to do that.
