[jdom-interest] Specify a XML schema in a Jdom document

Try:
Element rootElt = new Element("root");
rootElt.setNamespace(Namespace.getNamespace("noNamespaceSchemaLocation",
"schema.xsd"));
rootElt.addNamespaceDeclaration("xsi",
"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance");
