[jdom-interest] Should we Move JDOM to Apache Jakarta ?

It would certainly be mice to have more reliable, professionally 
managed servers. JDOM's already under an Apache license. This would 
probably have to be assigned to the Apache Foundation. I'm not sure 
what else moving to Apache implies. Jason should know.
