SV: [jdom-interest] Problem when reading web.xml

Hi,
 
I would assume that this is because SUN moved the DTD
from
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_3.dtd
to
http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd
 
However, I strongly recommend that you store these DTDs locally and
use an org.sax.EntityResolver to read them from local storage.
