[jdom-interest] How can I insert undeclared attribute in a document and use org.jdom.input.SAXBuilder to build a document without throwing exception ?

I need to test the ExtendedElementFilter by filtering element with undeclared attribute. How can I insert undeclared attribute in a document and use org.jdom.input.SAXBuilder to  build a document without throwing exception ?
