[jdom-interest] JavaDoc in Filter.java

Hi All,

The JavaDoc on Filter.java java says.....

     A generalized filter to restrict visibility or mutability on a list.

I'd agree that a filter is used to define the visibility, but I'm not so sure I'd agree that it now effects mutability. 

Perhaps the following might be a better description....

     A generalized filter to affect visibility when applied to list operations.
