There is a really obvious cleanup still in ContentList:

removeParent becomes:

    /** Remove the parent of a Object */
    private void removeParent(Content cont) {
        cont.setParent(null);
    }

There are a couple of places where removeParent is called where the type of
the "obj" should be "Content". It's obvious with the code in front of you.
