But one is just a very restrict case of the other, so why have 2 ways of
doing the same thing with two different interfaces when one consistent
inferace is all that's really need?
However, this late in the game, these methods aren't going anywhere, we
just need to figure out what they are going to be called in 1.0. But
it's fun to think about anyway :-)
