[jdom-interest] How to change encoding

Hi

I have to process an existing XML file and write a new output XML file.
Additonally I have to change the encoding to the following:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

I am new to JDOM and I could not find anyhting how to do that.

Any help is very much appreciated.
