[jdom-interest] End-of-year release

Hello everyone

A recent security audit by HPE, and some other small items have been 
reported in the past number of months.

I am planning on putting out a new release of JDOM over the next few 
weeks to address all outstanding issues in JDOM 2.0.x

Are there any other issues that should be addressed in this cycle.
