[jdom-interest] Making a new release

I hear you. Every year or two I push a patch release of XOM and I
swear I spend more time figuring out changes to the hosting platforms
than I do working on the software. For instance, last month Sonatype
added an extra and invalid presubmit check to the artifacts I was
publishing that XOM failed, so I had to file a ticket with them to be
able to push again. I still haven't gotten around to updating the
website.
